Time
Our standard shipping time is 2-7 business days
depending on the product. If you have a special
need for a product on a "rush" basis,
please let us know. We will make every effort
to accommodate these special circumstances.
Shipping
Methods
If you are in our local delivery area, Ace Industrial
Equipment will most likely deliver your order.
If you are outside our local delivery area, your
order will be shipped via common carrier freight
lines or UPS.
Inside
Delivery
Inside delivery is available for an additional
charge. Normal delivery is "tailgate"
delivery. This means that the carrier is required
to deliver the product to the tailgate of the
truck. You are responsible for offloading of the
truck. Please ask one of our representatives for
details when placing your order.
"No
Hassle" Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.
We are extremely confident that you will be completely
satisified with our products. However, if you
are not satisified with a product for any reason,
please call us at 1-800-300-6034 within 30 days
from receipt of your order to request a Return
Authorization number. We will help you make arrangements
to have the product returned and provide a replacement,
credit or refund. Special order items cannot be
returned.
Damaged
Items
We cannot be responsible for items damaged or
lost in shipment when shipped by UPS or common
carrier freight lines. Please inspect all merchandise
upon delivery and note damage or shortage on
the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage
or shortage not reported at the time of deliver
is the customer's responsibility. If there is
concealed damage, call an Ace Industrial Equipment
representative to request an inspection, obtain
replacement parts or initiate a freight claim
if necessary.
